Toronto, ON - The Josie Dye Show and Socks4Souls Canada teamed up again this holiday season and collected thousands of new, warm socks from the good people of the GTA from November 12 - December 15, 2018.
With the full weight of Indie88 behind them, The Josie Dye Show aimed to make sure that each and every one of these 7,000 people had warm feet this holiday season, and initiated the 2nd annual Socks for the Streets campaign to raise 50,000 pairs of socks at Christmas.
We are glad to report that, thanks to the generosity of Indie 88’s listeners, Josie Dye’s Socks for the Streets Campaign raised over 118800 pairs of socks that will provide comfort & warmth to the thousands of people who are homeless this winter!
We would like to give all our thanks to the Josie Dye Show, Indie 88, and everyone who donated to make this campaign such a success once again! You can view a video about Socks for our Streets below.
